As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Rodney Jackson leads our coaching process and ensures all coaches adhere to competencies and ethical guidelines of the International Coaching Federation.  Grounded in evidence-based methods, we bring years of study and experience.  We utilize technology for virtual coaching and can meet your needs onsite as well.

This collaborative process brings a group together for regular sessions - guided by a certified coach - where peers participate in giving and receiving coaching to one another in a safe environment.
